Getting to Account Settings

  1. Log in to Numaura.
  2. Click your name or avatar in the top navigation.
  3. Select Account Settings.

Your Preferred Name

Your preferred name is the display name shown inside the app. It’s completely separate from the name used to calculate your numerology report — changing it here won’t affect any of your reports.
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Update the Preferred name field.
  3. Click Save.

Profile Photo

Add a personal profile photo so your account is easier to recognize at a glance.
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Change profile photo below your avatar.
  3. Click Upload Photo and choose an image from your device.
  4. Drag to reposition and use the Zoom slider to adjust the crop.
  5. Click Crop & Continue, review the preview, then click Upload.
Photos must be JPEG, PNG, or WebP and smaller than 2 MB. Numaura automatically crops your photo to a square and optimizes it for fast loading. To remove your photo and revert to your initials, click Change profile photo and select Remove Photo.

Changing Your Email

When you change your email address, Numaura sends a confirmation to both your old and new address. The change doesn’t take effect until you confirm from the new one.
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Change email in the Email section.
  3. Enter the new address and save.
  4. Open the confirmation email sent to the new address and click the link.

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Change password.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 6 characters).
  5. Save.
If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook and have never set a password, you won’t be asked for a current one — just enter and confirm the new password.

Connecting and Disconnecting Social Accounts

You can link Google, Apple, or Facebook to your account at any time, and unlink them when you no longer need them. To connect:
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Under Connected accounts, click Connect next to Google, Apple, or Facebook.
  3. Complete the authorization prompt.
To disconnect:
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Under Connected accounts, click Disconnect next to the provider.
Before disconnecting your only login method, make sure you have either a password set or another social account linked. Otherwise you could lose access to your account.

Passkeys

Passkeys let you sign in with your device’s Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or PIN instead of a password. Adding a passkey:
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Under Passkeys, click Add a Passkey.
  3. Complete your device’s biometric or PIN prompt.
Each passkey you add is listed with a name and the date it was created, so you can tell them apart if you’ve registered one on more than one device. Removing a passkey:
  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Under Passkeys, click the trash icon next to the passkey you want to remove.
If your device or browser doesn’t support passkeys, this section will let you know and won’t show the option to add one.

Viewing Your Purchase History

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Select the Purchase history tab.
Each entry shows the purchase date, plan type, amount paid, and a link to the receipt. A couple of things not available through the app:
  • Invoice downloads — contact support
  • Refunds — contact support

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion isn’t available as a self-serve option. Contact support to request it.
