What the Family Plan Is

The Family Plan brings everyone under one roof. Each member gets a complete numerology profile — the same depth you’d get with an Individual Plan — and you get a shared dashboard where all the reports live together. Every member’s report includes:
  • Life Path number and narrative
  • Expression, Soul Urge, Personality, and Birthday numbers
  • Pinnacle Cycles and Challenge Numbers
  • Karmic Lessons and Debt Analysis
  • Personal Year and Essence Cycles
  • An individual Alignment Prism chart
  • PDF export
Members can be invited to claim their own reports, so each person in the family can access their profile independently. See Inviting Members.

Pricing

The base plan covers 4 members at $40. Each additional member is $10. You don’t have to add everyone at once — additional members can be added after your initial purchase at $10 per slot. If you have a qualifying Individual Plan on your account, your $20 credit applies automatically at checkout, bringing the 4-member base to $20.

  • Full birth name and date of birth for each person you’re adding now
  • A payment method
You can always come back and add more members later.

Setting Up Your Family Plan

  1. Log in and go to your dashboard.
  2. Select Create a Family Plan.
  3. Give the family group a name.
  4. Add your first member — enter their birth name and date of birth.
  5. Add any additional members the same way.
  6. Review the member list and the total.
  7. Click Proceed to checkout. Any applicable credit is shown here.
  8. Complete payment.
Reports for all added members start generating automatically after purchase.

Buying a Family Plan as a Gift

You can set up a Family Plan for people other than yourself — for example, gifting a set of reports to your parents or in-laws without joining the group yourself.
  1. When setting up the group, turn on the gift option offered during setup.
  2. Optionally enter the recipient’s name and date of birth so their report is ready immediately, or leave it for them to fill in themselves.
  3. Complete checkout as usual.
  4. A Gift badge appears on the family’s card in your dashboard.
  5. Send invitations from the dashboard so each recipient can claim their own report.
In gift mode, you aren’t added to the family group yourself, so you’ll track invitation status from the dashboard but won’t have your own report inside that group.

Adding Members Later

  1. Open your Family dashboard.
  2. Select Add member.
  3. Enter the new member’s birth name and date of birth. If you’re adding a child on your own account, your email is pre-filled as the parent or guardian contact — just confirm parental consent.
  4. Complete checkout for the additional slot ($10).
The new report generates as soon as the slot is purchased.

Generation

Each report goes through four steps and takes up to 3 minutes. For families with multiple members, reports may run sequentially. Keep the window open while generation is active — the banner will tell you when it’s safe to leave.

Managing the Family Group

From the Family dashboard you can:
  • Open any member’s report
  • Download PDFs
  • Send invitations so members can access their own reports
  • Track invitation status — pending, accepted, or expired

Deleting a Family Group

The person who created the family group can delete it entirely.
  1. Open the Family dashboard.
  2. Click the delete (trash) icon on the family card.
  3. Confirm by clicking Delete Family.
Deleting a family group permanently removes the memberships and shared-report associations — but it does not delete anyone’s individual numerology report. Each member’s report stays in their own account. This action can’t be undone.

Limitations

  • Refunds are not available through the app — contact support.
  • Removing a member from the group doesn’t refund that slot.
  • Family Plan reports don’t include Compatibility Blueprint analysis. That’s specific to the Couples Plan.
